JIS B 0405 specifies four grades of general tolerances for linear and angular dimensions without individual tolerance specifications, intended to simplify drawing instructions.
JIS B 0419 is intended to simplify drawing instructions and specifies three grades of general geometric tolerances for controlling forms where no individual geometric tolerances are specified. This
standard applies primarily to forms produced by removal processes.

This standard hole processing specification applies to ServoFlex (excluding SFC), SpaFlex, BaumannFlex (excluding ZG and LM), and CentraFlex models for hole processing from 6mm to 65mm. However, if a specific standard hole processing specification exists for each model, that specification takes precedence and may not conform to this specification.

This standard hole machining specification applies to holes ranging from 6mm to 85mm in diameter for energized clutches and brakes (excluding CYT, CSZ, and BSZ) and non-energized brakes (excluding BXW). However, standard clutches and brakes with pre-machined holes may not conform to this specification.

This table shows the J value [kg·m²] for steel (specific gravity 7.85) in circular plates with a thickness of 10 mm and diameter D mm. Values are given for every 10 mm in the vertical direction, and for the horizontal direction, values are given for each 1 mm increment beyond that. For plates with thicknesses other than 10 mm, multiply the value in the table by the ratio of the actual thickness ℓ mm to 10 mm.For materials other than steel, multiply the table values by their respective coefficients to obtain the result.
